Kansas City Royals legend George Brett is going to be the subject of the next installment in the MLB Network Presents documentary series.
Brett is going to air on Thursday, December 7 at 8 p.m. and the profile will dive deep into the career and personal life of one of baseball’s icons.
The MLB Network documentary will touch on everything from the lows and highs of the postseason, to the infamous “pine tar game”, Brett’s Hall of Fame induction in 1999, and his relationships with his late father and his own children.

Fans tuning in to MLB Network will hear from fellow Hall of Famers like Reggie Jackson, Mike Schmidt, and Robin Yount in addition to several of Brett’s former Royals teammates, as well as his wife Leslie and oldest son Jackson.
