Napolitano had worked at Fox News Radio since December 2015, first serving as an afternoon drive sports anchor for Fox News Headlines 24/7 on SiriusXM. He shifted to a news anchor and reporter in July 2022. The anchor also spent time at TMZ and Merlin Media in New York.

An avid game show fan, Napolitano appeared on both Jeopardy! and Wheel of Fortune.

In an email to staffers, Fox News Media CEO Suzanne Scott said Napolitano “showed off his talent outside the studio as well, having been a runner up on Jeopardy! and making it to the bonus round of Wheel of Fortune, but it was his love of journalism that we were lucky enough to benefit from throughout his time at Fox.”

Several colleagues took to social media to share their condolences and memories of the late anchor.

Additionally, Scott announced the death of Adam Petlin, who served as the director of Chicago Bureau Operations for the network. She noted that he was one of the first six photographers hired by the network in 1996.
