FOX and ESPN have both released their broadcasting schedules for the 2024 Major League Baseball season. Both networks revealed their schedules until around Labor Day.
ESPN will exclusively televise MLB’s opening night on Thursday, March 28, when the defending World Series champion Texas Rangers take on the Chicago Cubs. FOX will take over the weekend of March 30 with a trio of matchups. Action begins with Braves/Phillies at 4 PM ET on FS1 and FOX Deportes. Later that day, baseball fans will see either Yankees/Astros or Giants/Padres at 7 PM ET on FOX.

- The Phillies and Mets clash during the first game of the 2024 MLB World Tour: London Series. The action at London Stadium begins on Saturday, June 8
- FOX hosts its own Dodgers/Yankees game on Saturday, June 8
- The Giants and Cardinals meet at Rickwood Field as the league pays tribute to the Negro Leagues and its greatest living player – National Baseball Hall of Famer Willie Mays on Thursday, June 20. Rickwood Field is the oldest professional ballpark in America and was the former home to the Birmingham Black Barons
