Former I Am Athlete co-host Ashley Nicole Moss is headed to CBS Sports. Moss made the announcement on Thursday on X, expressing her excitement for what lies ahead.
“For a media company this prestigious to value my intellect in sports while also encouraging me to remain authentic, is both exciting and surreal,” she wrote. “It’s an honor to be part of this era of sports media and I look forward to growing and learning from some of the best in the business.”
Ashley spent a year co-hosting for I Am Athlete. She joined last January. Prior to that, Moss was the host of the digital series Laces Out for Sports Illustrated, becoming the first Black woman at SI to be an on-camera host.
She also got into television as an NBA reporter for SNY and hosted a basketball podcast for Uninterrupted called Certified Buckets during that same period of time in 2021-22.
After graduating from Florida Atlantic University in 2015, Ashley spent time at iHeart Miami, moving up on-air DJ work on a music station to co-hosting The Greek Zone on FOX Sports 940.
