Broadcasting + Cable has announced its 2024 Hall of Fame Class, with several prominent figures being inducted into the upcoming class.
Included in the class are:
- Janice Arouh (Allen Media Group President of Network Distribution)
- Bob Bakish (Paramount Global President and CEO)
- Valari Dobson Staab (NBCUniversal Local Chairman)
- Karen Doughtery Bucholz (Comcast Executive Vice President of Administration)
- Marianne Gambelli (FOX Corp. President of Advertising Sales, Marketing, and Brand Partnerships)
- Scott Herman (Broadcasters Foundation of America Chairman)
- Douglas V. Holloway (Homewood Media President)
- Steve Lanzano (TVB President & CEO)
- Debra O’Connell (Disney Entertainment Television President of Networks and TV Business Operations)
- George Stephanopoulos (Good Morning America Co-Anchor, Anchor of This Week With George Stephanopoulos)
Joining Herman, the former COO of CBS Radio, in the Hall of Fame class are other Broadcasters Foundation of America board members Lanzano, Dobson Staab, and former member Stephanopoulos.
“I’m humbled to be in the company of some of the broadcast greats who have been inducted into the Hall of Fame, and I’m proud to represent radio in the Class of 2024,” Herman said in a statement released by the Broadcasters Foundation.
The Broadcasting + Cable Hall of Fame Class of 2024 will be inducted at a ceremony at the Ziegfeld Ballroom in New York on Thursday, September 26th.
