Aaron Varble of SEScoops is reporting Kevin Patrick will no longer be a part of the SmackDown commentary team for WWE on FOX. No replacement has been named as of yet and Varble says a source in the company told him, “It just wasn’t working out.”
Patrick, whose real name is Kevin Egan, is a former soccer player from Dublin, Ireland who has also been the voice of the Atlanta United home games on Apple TV+.
Patrick started with WWE in 2021 and was a commentator on RAW from October, 2022 until he moved over to SmackDown in 2023.
