1210 WPHT in Philadelphia held its seventh annual Radiothon for the Travis Manion Foundation last week. The results were another great event for the Audacy-owned station.
In total, $109,000 was raised for the Travis Manion Foundation, which is led by veterans and families of fallen soldiers who “develop, unite, and strengthen communities by training, developing, and highlighting the role models that lead them.”
“Our WPHT listeners and advertisers are extremely passionate and generous, and we are so grateful for their contributions,” said Audacy Philadelphia Senior Vice President and Market Manager David Yadgaroff. “Audacy Philadelphia is a strong supporter of the Travis Manion Foundation and the great work they do for veterans in our local community.”
1210 WPHT hosts Nick Kayal, Dawn Stensland, Dom Giordano, and Rich Zeoli were joined by Ryan Manion — Gold Star sister and President of the Foundation — during the daylong radiothon.
