CBS Sports, TNT Sports Announce NCAA Men’s Final Four Regional Semifinals Commentators

CBS Sports and TNT Sports have announced tip-off times and commentary teams for its coverage of the Regional Semifinals for the 2024 NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Championship. Live game broadcasts will take place on Thursday, March 28 and Friday, March 29 from 7 p.m. EST until midnight EST on each day. Ahead of the start of the action, live pregame coverage will commence at 6:30 p.m. EST on TBS and truTV with Nissan NCAA Tip-Off. At the conclusion of the second game, Inside March Madness presented by Buick will take the air to wrap up the day of coverage.

On Thursday, March 28, the regional semifinals begin with a matchup on CBS between No. 6 Clemson and No. 2 Arizona featuring play-by-play announcer Brian Anderson, analyst Jim Jackson and reporter Allie LaForce. Tip-off for that matchup is slated for 7:09 p.m. EST from Los Angeles, Calif.

The broadcast team will remain on CBS after the game concludes to broadcast No. 4 Alabama’s matchup against No. 1 North Carolina, which will also emanate from the same locale.

Taking place on TBS and truTV from Boston, Mass. will be No. 5 San Diego State facing No. 1 UConn with play-by-play announcer Kevin Harlan, analysts Dan Bonner and Stan Van Gundy and reporter Andy Katz, with the opening tip set for 7:39 p.m. EST. TBS and truTV will present the second matchup from Boston that night between No. 3 Illinois and No. 2 Iowa State as well.

The regional semifinals continue on Friday from Dallas, Texas where CBS will begin its coverage with No. 11 NC State against No. 2 Marquette at 7:09 p.m. EST. Ian Eagle, Bill Raferty, Grant Hill and Tracy Wolfson will be on the call for this matchup, along with the showdown between No. 4 Duke and No. 1 Houston on CBS thereafter.

TBS and truTV will broadcast live from Detroit, Mich. at 7:39 p.m. EST when No. 5 Gonzaga faces No. 1 Purdue. Andrew Catalon, Steve Lappas and Evan Washburn will be on site for the coverage, which concludes with the second game between No. 3 Creighton and No. 2 Tennessee. TBS will also air the NCAA Men’s Final Four National Semifinals on Saturday, April 6 and the National Championship on Monday, April 8.
