Tony Katz Today Enters National Syndication With Key Networks

93 WIBC host Tony Katz is taking his midday show — Tony Katz Today — into national syndication as part of a deal with Key Networks.

Beginning on Monday, April 22nd, the 12-3 PM show will be available nationally, as will a three-hour weekend show.

The program currently airs on 93 WIBC, as well as other regional stations like WMUN in Muncie and WGCL in Bloomington, among others.

“There is nothing better than when everything perfectly aligns in life. And with syndication, having the full backing of David Wood and WIBC, and Dennis Green of Key Networks guiding the ship, I have that perfect alignment,” Katz said. “I’m looking forward to working hard, proving my value to programmers and market managers across the country and providing a show, every day, that is fun and engaging. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’m gonna go have a cigar.”

Tony Katz joined WIBC in 2013 before becoming the host of Indy’s Morning News in 2014. He eventually added the midday show in 2017.

“Tony brings a successful track record to the national stage with his common-sense approach to talk radio,” said Key Networks COO Dennis Green. “When you have worked construction and the restaurant business, and have been a successful entrepreneur, you have a host who can talk the talk with audiences from coast to coast!”
