Tucker Carlson Tells Joe Rogan: I Don’t Email, Get on the Internet, or Own a TV

Tucker Carlson has built a TV career spanning nearly three decades and has now built a burgeoning digital media entity. But he told Joe Rogan he doesn’t use any of the technology.

While appearing as a guest on the latest episode of The Joe Rogan Experience, Carlson attempted to send Rogan a series of files mistakenly released by the U.S. government. When the popular podcast host told him to email him the files, Tucker Carlson responded that he wouldn’t be doing any such thing.

“I don’t do email. I don’t know how to AirDrop anything,” said Carlson.

“You don’t do email?,” Rogan questioned.

“No,” Carlson bluntly stated as Rogan chuckled. “I haven’t done email in many years.”

“Really? How do you exist?,” Rogan continued.

“I do text. I don’t go on the f—ing internet, I don’t have a TV. I’m not into that. That stuff is bad, you know. That’s my isolation tank. I just stay away from that s—.”

Joe Rogan sat, flabbergasted, at the idea that someone synonymous with cable television — and now a growing digital media enterprise that includes videos and podcasts — would share that he doesn’t use the internet or television.

However, Rogan did admit “That’s smart.”

During the nearly three-hour discussion, Carlson and Rogan discussed a bevy of topics, including the Theory of Evolution, the existence of aliens, 9/11 conspiracy theories, and some of Carlson’s former bosses.
