iHeartMedia flipped frequencies today in Tampa Bay, with Spanish Hits WRUB and Hip-Hop WBTP (The Beat) trading places on the dial. With “The Beat” moving to 106.5/102.9, WRUB will transform to Classic Hip-Hop/R&B “Rumba 95.7” (“#1 Para Hits Y Variedad.)
