Yogi Roth Joins Big Ten Network

B1G Media Days begin tomorrow in Indianapolis and there will be a new face amongst the media members on hand. Yogi Roth, formerly of the Pac-12 Network which recently shut down, has landed at the Big Ten Network.

Roth posted about his new role on his X account and on his website, Y-Option.com.

“The one constant in life is change,” Roth wrote. “Excited for this new role at the Big Ten Network, the growing community at Y-Option Football as we talk about college football through the lens of the West Coast & finding meaning amid the last year with the league that means so much to me.”

Roth would later add about the new role, “I’m excited to visit new campuses that will inspire hope in our future, meet new athletes who will share stories that will move the nation, learn from new coaches who will help us coach the viewers, and connect with new fans who share a love for this game. Overall, I am so thankful for this new team at BTN as I get to continue to live out a childhood dream.”

Roth played wide receiver at Pitt and spent time on Pete Carroll’s coaching staff at USC. He is also an Emmy Award-winning filmmaker and a New York Times and Amazon best-selling author.
