93Q Dallas/Ft. Worth Raises Over $20,000 For Paws For Heroes

Paws For Heroes rescues homeless dogs and trains them to be companion dogs for veterans with PTSD, doing so at no cost to the vet.

93Q Urban One’s Country KKBQ/Dallas-Ft. Worth raised over $20,000 with the station’s “Cowboys & Angels Show.” Benefitting the non-profit Paws For Heroes, the show was held at the Texas Rodeo Saloon in Katy, TX.

The show featured performances by George Birge, Matt Stell, Jackson Dean, and Maddie & Tae.

Paws For Heroes rescues homeless dogs and trains them to be companion dogs for veterans with PTSD, doing so at no cost to the vet.

The station kicked off the festivities with a $5,000 donation.
