The 2024 MTV Video Music Awards’ date has changed. Previously set for September 10, it will move back one day to September 11 to avoid a potential viewer conflict with the scheduled Presidential Debate.
The UBS Arena on New York’s Long Island remains the host, with the time remaining at 8 pm ET.
The announcement also included news of the first round of scheduled performers. The list includes Sabrina Carpenter, Camila Cabello, Chappell Roan, GloRilla, and Rauw Alejandro.
