The GRAMMY Museum names Arin Canbolat New VP Education

“The GRAMMY Museum is thrilled to welcome Arin to the leadership team. His vast experience at the intersection of education and music will better position the GRAMMY Museum to expand our educational programs, which is the beating heart of our mission.”

The GRAMMY Museum has appointed Arin Canbolat as its new Vice President of Education. Based in New York, Canbolat will oversee the evaluation, improvement, and expansion of the museum’s existing educational programs. He will also develop new, scalable curricula focused on music and the music industry for K-12 students, with the goal of growing the museum’s educational reach nationwide.

Additionally, he will manage a diverse array of established initiatives, including GRAMMY Camp, the Music Educator Award, mentorship programs, community engagement efforts, professional development opportunities, GRAMMY in the Schools, and the Museum’s online learning platform, the Learning Hub.

Canbolat previously served as Associate Dean for Education Outreach at Berklee College of Music. Before that, he was the General Manager at The School of Jazz and Contemporary Music at The New School, where he co-designed the “Take Me To The River” music history course with the film’s director and GRAMMY Award-winner, Martin Shore. Earlier in his career, Canbolat worked in International Sales and Marketing at Concord Music Group.
