Nik Carter, new afternoon driver for rocker KLOS, Los Angeles (BMM 1/27), will also take over the Classic Rock show, “Off the Record.”
Carter replaces Uncle Joe Benson, who has hosted the show since 1998.
Carter said, “I’m beyond excited to bring my love of Classic Rock to ‘Off the Record.’ We’ve got a ton of amazing stories coming your way, and I can’t wait to share them with rock fans all over the country.”
Guest that have appeared on “Off The Record include The Rolling Stones, The Who, Tom Petty, Jimmy Page, and Eric Clapton.
KLOS will serve as the flagship station for the Compass Media distributed show.
The new show will debut on February 8.
