iHeartMedia and Rick Dees Entertainment are launching two new iHeartRadio Streaming Stations: The Rick Dees Weekly Top 40 and the Classic Rick Dees Top 40.
The Rick Dees Weekly Top 40, hosted by Dees, delivers the latest weekly hits. In addition, the Classic Rick Dees Top 40 segment revisits the archives, showcasing complete countdowns from the original broadcasts of the 1980s, 1990s, and early 2000s—many of which have not been aired in years.
“I’m excited to have these stations online for even more listeners to enjoy,” said Rick Dees. “I’m especially looking forward to the launch of the Top 40 archives station that is sure to bring a sense of nostalgia to listeners.
The streams will launch on Friday (3/21), and to mark the launch, Dees will join his former co-host Ellen K. on KOST 103.5 Los Angeles.
