The 2025 BSM Summit presented by Point to Point Marketing is now just 38 days away! We’ve lined up 30+ speakers for this year’s event with today’s announcement of 7 more speakers. There’s more still to come too. Hotel rooms are available for $249.99 per night at the Westin Michigan Avenue. That deal expires after April 9th. If you haven’t secured your room and plan to join us, go here to make sure you’re booked.

The Summit takes place at the MCA in Chicago on May 8-9, 2025. Day 1 will run 9a-5p with the ESPN Radio After Party at the Chicago Sports Museum from 6p-8p. Day 2 is set for 9a-1p with the Premier Networks Awards Ceremony scheduled to close the show. This year’s speakers can be seen here. The full agenda will be released closer to the event.

Bruce Gilbert was announced as our 2025 Jeff Smulyan Award recipient earlier this week.Still to be revealed are the 2025 Mark Chernoff Award and 2025 Lifetime Achievement Award winners. By the time we reach Chicago, we expect to have 40+ accomplished professionals gracing our stage.

Which brings me to our latest announcement.

I’m thrilled to add Audacy Boston SVP/Market Manager Mike Thomas, Hubbard Radio Minnesota VP/Region Manager Dan Seeman, Lotus Communications Las Vegas General Manager Natalie Marsh, Sportsradio WIP Brand Manager Rod Lakin, McVay Media President Mike McVay, Bleav CEO Bron Heussenstamm, and Nielsen SVP John Snyder to our speaker lineup.

Dan, Mike and Natalie will join our Market Manager’s panel alongside Kevin Cassidy and Keith Williams. Mike McVay will be tasked with guiding the group. Rod Lakin joins one of our day 1 programming panels with Mitch Rosen and Scott Shapiro, led by yours truly.

Bron Heussenstamm will take part in a session alongside Brandon Spano, and David Locke. John Snyder delivers a presentation on Nielsen’s 3-minute switch, sharing insights on how brands can help themselves under the new rules.

A handful of sponsorships remain for the event. If you’re interested in being involved, please email Stephanie@BarrettMedia.com asap. Based on feedback from last year’s event, we’re extending sessions an extra 5-minutes to give folks more time to address key issues. I hope to see you at the MCA, and if you haven’t bought your ticket yet, please do. We appreciate the support!
