As a self-avowed independent, the morning show is perfect for me. I react in real time and make a concerted effort to look at all sides of an issue, while making the show (hopefully) a safe space for Democrats and Republicans alike. Can the same be said after 9 AM?

Here is an idea for companies as it relates to retaining top talent in any department of the office - treat your people well. Don't treat them like they are Employee No. 716 and disposable.
