Hubbard Broadcasting has a unique opportunity for a Brand and Content Director for WJJY in Brainerd, MN.

This role will have responsibility for setting the radio station’s strategic vision and execution of the brand and content. The position has the ultimate responsibility of setting product policy, management of programming personnel for the station and budget functions. WJJY FM focuses on today’s best variety and is part of family-owned and legendary Hubbard Broadcasting’s Northern MN radio group.

Brainerd, MN is an outdoor paradise where everyone can live on a lake in a low-cost of living, safe setting. We are very community focused and are looking for someone passionate about radio.

Jason Barrett
Jason Barrett is the President and Founder of Barrett Media since the company was created in September 2015. Prior to its arrival, JB served as a sports radio programmer, launching brands such as 95.7 The Game in San Francisco, and 101 ESPN in St. Louis. He also spent time programming SportsTalk 950 in Philadelphia, 590 The Fan KFNS in St. Louis, and ESPN 1340/1390 in Poughkeepsie, NY. Jason also worked on-air and behind the scenes in local radio at 101.5 WPDH, WTBQ 1110AM, and WPYX 106.5.
