Radio Broadcast Company

Many companies are downsizing programming, however, many smaller markets aren’t. That’s where radio done right can still be found.

This Northeast 5 station cluster in a rated market has an Operations Manager position available. In this role, you’ll oversee our cluster, directly program a couple of radio stations, and do a live air shift on either our CHR or A/C radio station.

Responsibilities for this job include overseeing air talent and production, social media, promotion, engineering and on-the-street! It’s a full plate, but it’s lots of fun!

We are looking for someone creative who can get into the weeds with the entire team. We don’t have deep levels of support, we do it ourselves. You must also understand and want to work closely with sales. Our formats include Country, CHR, Talk, Classic Hits and A/C. We’re not looking for years in the business but we do require prior programming experience.

You’ll live, work, and have fun in a great area, while receiving decent compensation and benefits with a small broadcast group. Take a shot. You might just find a long-term home here!
