Cataldi announced he would retire in 2022 in October of last year. The 71-year-old then said he would continue on the station's morning show until the Philadelphia Eagles season concluded.
"I'm not promising you we'll solve every issue facing the industry during the course of two-days together in NYC, but I've always believed that smart people recognize the benefit of being around and listening to other smart people."
