The mystery as to who will be the other half of The A Team has been solved. iHeartMedia’s Houston sports talk brand Sports Talk 790 announced earlier today that Adam Wexler will join Adam Clanton in afternoon drive.
Wexler is the sports anchor at KPRC 2, the city’s NBC affiliate. He has plenty of radio experience too, having had a previous stint on 790 as well as hosting at crosstown rival Sports Radio 610.

Clanton’s return to Sports Talk 790 was announced last week as part of the station’s total overhaul of its weekday lineup. The A Team will air every weekday from 3-6 pm.
