Good Karma Brands is growing its sales staff with two new leaders. Brock Thompson will lead local sales and partnership development. Amy Crossman will lead marketing strategy and execution for local marketers on Good Karma’s on air and online platforms in Cleveland.
Thompson most recently served as the Vice President of Media Sales for MAVTV in Los Angeles. Crossman joins Good Karma from the Pro Football Hall of Fame, where she served as Director of Partnerships.
Good Karma Brands Founder and Chief Executive Craig Karmazin gave praise for the new hires to ESPN Cleveland Market Manager Sam Pines.
“With his leadership, we are now to the point where we can add senior management roles to drive our vision and continue our mission to serve the Cleveland sports fans, our teammates and our marketing partners,” Karmazin said in a press release. “I’m looking forward to seeing ESPN Cleveland thrive with the local and passionate team Sam has in place.”
The station is also looking for a director of content to grow its on air product.
