Lotus Broadcasting’s rock station KOMP will become the flagship of the Las Vegas Raiders this fall. The company is also giving the team round the clock and year round coverage on 920 AM, which will rebrand from The Game to Raider Nation Radio.
Raider Nation Radio launches with a brand new morning show, Pritch & Clay. It will see Las Vegas native and former NFL first round pick Mike Pritchard team with former ESPN Las Vegas host Clay Baker. JT the Brick will also be a part of the station’s daytime lineup in mid days.
“The opportunity to be part of a Raiders specific station in their inaugural season in Las Vegas is incredibly exciting,” JT The Brick said in a press release. “The Raiders have an unparalleled history in the National Football League, and I cannot wait to continue to share that history with an incredible Las Vegas fan base.”
Other new shows on the station include Silver & Black Today hosted by Scott Gulbranson, which will air weekdays at 2 pm. That will be followed by Inside the Huddle, featuring Raiders beat writer for the Las Vegas Review Journal, Vincent Bonsignore.
“Adding Raider Nation Radio 920AM to the Las Vegas Sports Network speaks volumes to the company’s commitment to deliver first-rate sports talk in Las Vegas,” program director Kyle Englehart said in a press release. “ESPN Las Vegas and Fox Sports Las Vegas already deliver the best Golden Knights and NFL coverage in the valley, and our new partnership with the Raiders will help us give our listeners a look inside Las Vegas’ newest team.”
The team’s coach’s show featuring Jon Gruden is set to air on Raider Nation Radio. The station will also simulcast game coverage from KOMP on Sundays.
