Tracey Sandler’s Fangirl Sports Network is getting a boost in the podcasting space. McVay Media and Benztown announced this week that they will produce and market two shows with the Fangirl name on them.
New episodes of Fangirl Playbook, hosted by Sandler and Stephanie McCarroll, will drop every Tuesday. Sandler’s solo show, Get My Job will post episodes every Thursday.
Fangirl Playbook sees the hosts review the NBC show Friday Night Lights episode by episode and also weaving in the sports news of the day. Get My Job features Sandler’s conversations with powerful women in the sports world. Recent guests have included NFL Network Digital Content Editor Lakisha Wesseling, Senior Director of Marketing and Events at ESPN Audio Meagan Judge, and sports agent Brittany Gilman.
“Tracy Sandler shines a spotlight on women who refuse to stand in the shadow of a world dominated by men and provides encouragement to women of all ages to follow their dreams,” Mike McVay, the president and CEO of McVay Media said in a press release.
