Chris Brown has been suspended from One Bills Live according to a report in The Athletic. Brown violated the team’s media policy in discussing practice with his co-host Steve Tasker. He has also been banned from covering practices through the end of training camp.
Brown is an employee of the Bills. The team produces One Bills Live for WGR and MSG Networks. It has largely stayed silent on the decision.
It was only last month that Brown was named co-host of the show. This might be the second time he has received pushback from the team. Brown’s last tweet was Thursday when he posted about Dave Portnoy and Barstool’s attempt to buy the naming rights for Bills Stadium. Whether the last tweet was a problem for the team or merely a coincidence is unknown.
One Bills Live is using guest hosts to fill in until Brown returns.
