ESPN Radio’s Marty & McGee has continued on SEC Network as an audio-only simulcast since April. Marty Smith and Ryan McGee would do their regular weekend show while viewers saw a static graphic on television.
Starting this week, the duo will return to their set inside the SEC Network studios in Charlotte, which they have affectionately dubbed “The Wilderness Lodge”.
“This summer, I’ve done the show from my basement, my porch, my uncle’s garage and the cab of my pickup truck,” McGee said. “I’m so excited to get back into the Wilderness Lodge TV Studios. I just hope I can remember to wear pants.”
Marty & McGee airs on Saturdays on ESPN Radio and the SEC Network from 7 to 10 AM. With the show’s return to the studio, it now means all of SEC Network’s current original programs are back to full strength with The Paul Finebaum Show returning to the studio earlier in the summer and SEC Now back on the air.
