Jordy Culotta exited Guaranty Media’s 104.5 ESPN in Baton Rouge just over a week ago. He didn’t waste much time professionally. He is launching a new show on YouTube next week.
The Jordy Culotta Show will run every morning starting on Monday. Culotta will be joined on the show by Rivers Hughey. She served as the producer of Off the Bench with Culotta and former partner T-Bob Hebert from 2017 until 2020.
“This is a project that Rivers and I have discussed for a while,” Culotta said in a press release. “We are looking forward to creating an environment featuring laughs, conversation, and sports.”
The duo are reaching into their rolodexes to make the first episodes something not to be missed. LSU basketball coach Will Wade and The Ringer’s Ryen Russillo are already scheduled to appear.
“Our goal is to seamlessly blend together sports stories, insightful guests, and thoughtful conversation,” Hughey added. “We understand that there are a million places you could go for entertainment and we just want to be a piece of your daily pie.”
Culotta was part of Guaranty Media since 2010. He was part of the cluster’s sales staff in addition to co-hosting Off the Bench alongside Hebert.
