ESPN Charlotte has a new offering in afternoon drive. Queen City sports fans can now tune into The Afternoon Rush featuring Bobby Rosinski, Mark Yarbro and Molly Cotten.
Cotten moves into afternoon drive from the morning show. ESPN Charlotte will now air ESPN Radio’s Keyshawn, JWill, and Zubin in morning drive.
Rosinski and Yarbro are well-known in Charlotte, providing analysis for several local professional and college teams’ broadcasts. Cotten, the only woman in the city’s sports radio scene, will serve as the show’s insider and provide commentary on news and pop culture.
“The new show will be a different vibe, more of a barbershop conversation,” Rosinski, also the station’s program director, said in a press release.
The Afternoon Rush will air weekdays from 2 until 6 pm, with podcasts available on the station’s website.
