Jedediah Bila Leaves Fox & Friends Weekend

Fox & Friends Weekend co-host Jedediah Bila is leaving the network, People reported Friday.

Bila began working at the network in 2013 but left to pursue opportunities with ABC’s The View for the 2017-2018 season. She would return a year later to the position that she held with Pete Hegseth and Will Cain.

Both parties confirmed the amicable split in separate statements late Friday.

“We have mutually and amicably parted ways with Jedediah Bila and wish her all the best,” a Fox News spokesperson said in a statement shared with People. “The new co-host of Fox & Friends Weekend will be named soon.”

Bila was criticized for speaking out against former President Donald Trump and tweeting support for Wyoming’s embattled Senator Liz Chaney earlier this year.

“I would like to thank the Fox News reporters, anchors, contributors, and producers who have been an absolute pleasure to work with these last two years,” Bila tweeted.

Last year, Bila was diagnosed with the coronavirus. While her husband was also infected, their infant son Hartley was not.

“I’m deeply grateful for you and hopeful you’ll join me on my next adventure,” Bila said. “I’m really excited for what’s to come.”
