One of Washington D.C.’s most respected journalists in the realm of cyber security, is headed to the Federal News Network.
Justin Doubleday shared the news on Twitter this week saying that the network has hired him as a senior technology reporter. Doubleday is leaving the digital publication, Inside Defense, where he spent the last seven years.
“I’ve worked with some spectacular journalists at Inside Defense,” Doubleday tweeted. “It was my first full-time job out of college nearly seven years ago.”
Federal News Network is owned and operated by Hubbard Broadcasting and based in Washington D.C., the station is broadcast on 1500 AM.
“I’m very excited to be joining the team @FederalNewsNet next week to continue covering defense, cybersecurity, and all things federal government,” tweeted Doubleday. “I’m welcoming any and all tips for how to get used to the sound of your own voice being on the radio/internet.”
