Terms and finances of the agreement were not disclosed, but the new deal includes continuing “Mad Money w/Jim Cramer and “Squawk on the Street” along with a new subscription product CNBC Investor Club.

Furthermore, Cramer will produce articles and videos every day on CNBC’s digital platforms. The new contract also includes creating conferences with Cramer, and tapping into the profitable events business.

“For the first time, CNBC will be the home for all of Jim’s media, creating a virtuous cycle for his devoted viewers and loyal members to easily engage with exclusive content across all platforms and serve as a one-stop-shop for sponsors and advertisers looking to interact with Jim’s comprehensive suite of products on a deeper level,” Mark Hoffman, the chairman of CNBC, said in a statement.

  1. Hope Kramer can stay away from being accused of promoting stocks that buy advertising or sponsor his events. Cause we all love the guy.
