Jonathan Hood is a lifelong White Sox fan. This season has already offered him so much to love and remember. Now, the memories will be kicked up a level as he steps into the broadcast booth for the team on Friday night.
The ESPN 1000 morning man will be on the call when the Chicago White Sox welcome the Boston Red Sox to town. Connor McKnight will join Hood in the broadcast booth.

Hood is a native Chicagoan. He grew up on the South Side and considers the White Sox his hometown team.
Hood has been partnered with David Kaplan in morning drive on ESPN 1000 since last August. Their show Kap & JHood is on from 7 until 10 every morning. He also serves as the voice of the University of Illinois-Chicago.
