A new year means new opportunities for those in the media world, and KDSK’s PJ Randhawa announced the next plans in her career as she’ll be joining KING 5 Seattle on Jan. 24th as an investigative reporter.
“I’m so excited for this new chapter. But wherever I go, I’ll carry a piece of the Lou in my heart,” Randhawa tweeted.
Randhawa has spent the last six years at the NBC affiliate station in St. Louis, with her final day coming next week on Jan. 14th. She’ll then transition to KING 5, which is also an NBC affiliate.
KSDK anchor Mike Bush was one of many people congratulating his colleague on her new position in the northwest.
“Just another big step for an exceptional talent. But we’re going to miss you,” Bush tweeted.
Fellow KDSK anchor and report Michelle Li also had some words of encouragement for her colleague’s new role in Seattle. “Yesssssss get ready KING 5,” Li tweeted.
Randhawa joined KSDK in May 2015 following stints at South Carolina and South Dakota stations.
