Fox News anchor Maria Bartiromo is reacting to the most recent developments in the Durham Report, which reveal a tech executive “exploited” access to White House data to find negative news about former President Donald Trump.
The “Sunday Morning Futures” host sent out a tweet Tuesday demanding accountability from the mainstream media, including CBS News and “60 Minutes” reporter Leslie Stahl who berated Trump while dismissing his claims that people were spying on his campaign.
“Will @60Minutes Leslie Stahl, @washingtonpost @nytimes update their reporting?” Bartiromo asked. Before adding that, the media “trashed her for telling the truth.”
According to The Hill, Durham is prosecuting a case against Michael Sussmann, an attorney who represented a tech executive alluded to in Durham’s filing. Sussman once worked on behalf of Democrats and Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign.
