Last Call For LIVE Tickets, 10 Things To Know In Advance of the BSM Summit

As of this morning, we are five days away from bringing the sports media industry back together. The 2022 BSM Summit is ready to go, and having seen the guest list of who’s coming, I’m both excited and grateful to everyone who’s supporting this show. To make sure everyone is well aware of all of the key details, check out the list below. You can also find the full BSM Summit schedule on BSMSummit.com. Just scroll down past the speakers. It’s all updated.

#1 – TODAY is the last day for purchasing LIVE tickets to the 2022 BSM Summit. If you want to be in the room next week in NYC, you have until 11:59pm ET tonight to secure your seat. When the clock strikes midnight, live tickets will no longer be available for purchase.

#2 – Virtual tickets will remain on-sale until Tuesday March 1st. You will not be able to buy an online ticket to watch the show once Wednesday rolls around.

#3 – On-Demand tickets to watch the show after it’s over will be available in the near future. The goal is to have the entire show online and viewable by the middle of the following week. If you’re not able to make it to NY or view the Summit online during the two days it’s in session, this is another option to consider if you wish to check it out.

#4 – ALL ticket holders will receive an email from our virtual partner Nuvoodoo on Monday or Tuesday. This will contain the information needed to access the live link to watch the show online. Nuvoodoo will also be available throughout the show to provide support should any issues arise. Additionally, thanks to Benztown Branding, a chat box will be available for virtual attendees to interact with each other and/or submit questions for the speakers on stage.

#5 – If you purchased a live ticket to the Summit, all you need to bring next week to the Anne Bernstein Theater is photo ID and proof of vaccination. Someone from my team will check you in and give you your badge and lanyard, so you can enjoy the conference. Everyone who buys a live ticket also receives an online pass to watch the show virtually and on demand.

#6 – The OutKick BSM Kickoff Party takes place on Tuesday night March 1st at Hurley’s Saloon, 232 W. 48th Street. The event runs from 7:00pm-8:30pm. Jonathan Hutton and Chad Withrow of OutKick 360 will be on site to meet attendees, and a few other surprises are planned as well. Free drinks will also be available to welcome everyone to town.

#7 – The ESPN Radio After Party originates from The Playwright, 202 W. 49th Street. The event is scheduled from 6:00pm-8:00pm. Food and drink will be free to all Summit attendees. ESPN Radio’s Freddie Coleman and 98.7 ESPN NY’s Chris Carlin are expected to be on hand, and a few other surprises are likely too.

#8 – All speakers are asked to be on-site 15-20 minutes before their sessions. This is to make sure everyone is in the right place, a few photos can be taken, and any questions and last minute prep items can be covered. All speakers should have received an email from yours truly regarding these details. If you didn’t, please email me asap > JBarrett@sportsradiopd.com.

#9 – I understand folks want to arrange meet ups at the Summit but we don’t share private contact information of those attending the show. I’ve been asked at least ten times this week for phone numbers and emails and that isn’t something I’m going to provide. However, we will send out a document on Monday to all attendees so they’re aware of who’s coming to the show. You’re then on your own to connect via email, social or text.

#10 – The BSM Summit runs both days from 9a-5p ET at the Anne Bernstein Theater. The theater is located at 210 W. 50th Street. There are a few short-breaks scheduled throughout each day, as well as an out of the theater lunch hour.

That should cover the main items. If you have additional questions, send an email to Sales@BarrettSportsMedia.com. Stephanie Eads will be happy to help. In the meantime, thanks for reading, spread the word about today being the last day for in person tickets, and if you’re already set to join us, I’ll see you in a few days!
