A recent pre-recorded 30-second segment by One America News could be part of a recent settlement connecting to a defamation lawsuit brought against the network by two workers.
In the segment, the news channel acknowledges there was “no widespread voter fraud” by Georgia election workers in the 2020 presidential election.
Furthermore, the pre-recorded piece mentions that an investigation by state bureaucrats into unfounded declarations of widespread voter fraud made by former President Donald Trump and Rudy Giuliani resulted in nothing.
“The results of this investigation indicate that Ruby Freeman and Wandrea ‘Shaye’ Moss did not engage in ballot fraud or criminal misconduct,” a narrator states, per The Daily Beast.
“A legal matter with this network and the two election workers has been resolved to the mutual satisfaction of the parties through a fair and reasonable settlement.”
Freeman and her daughter, Moss, state they faced harassment online and in person following unfounded rumors that began circulating online due to content published by the conspiracy website The Gateway Pundit, which the pair also sued.
