KCMO Talk Radio Program Director Pete Mundo is scheduled to host the station’s 4th “Politics and a Pint” event in Downtown Kansas City next week.
According to a news release, the event will feature Eric Greitens, the former governor of Missouri now running for U.S. Senate. Greitens and Mundo will have an opportunity to dig into some of the most pressing issues facing Missourians.
“Politics and a Pint has become a destination event for Missouri and Kansas politicians as they get a chance to meet intimately with voters, while my long-form Q and A with our guests lets us, deep dive into the biggest issues and showcase their personality in ways that we can’t during on-air interviews,” Mundo told Barrett News Media.
Greitans has been in the headlines lately for a controversial campaign video he released. In the video, he reportedly said that he would hunt members of the Republican party. According to the Kansas City Star, two members of Congress have called on the Department of Justice to investigate Greitans.
During “Politics and a Pint,” a live audience will get a chance to ask questions. The event will take place Monday, July 25, 2022, at the Jewel KC Event Space. To learn more, click here.
