Fred Toucher came on the mic for the first segment of Monday’s Toucher and Rich with an update on his foot. He had been having issues with it for the last few weeks but today it got to the point where Toucher had to leave his show before the end of the first segment.
He began the show by saying he is wearing a larger shoe because his right foot had “ballooned”. Co-host Rich Shertenlieb sounded concerned. He asked if it was the same foot he had sought treatment for last week. Toucher said he was on antibiotics and in a lot of pain.
“It’s gotten worse,” Toucher said.
The show discussed when it would be time for him to be seek further medical intervention. Before the show had been on for ten minutes, Toucher threw it to break early.
“I am, uh, light-headed. So let’s go to a break and we’ll be right back.”
Shertenlieb welcomed the show back after break and said that Toucher was going to seek treatment.
“It is Toucher and Rich and I think we are going to give Fred the morning to go get that thing checked out”.
Toucher posted on his Instagram that he was at the hospital and seeking treatment.
