77WABC host Bernie McGuirk died Wednesday evening after a battle with prostate cancer. A New York radio institution, McGuirk served as the Executive Producer of Imus In The Morning from 1993-2018.
He began at 77WABC in 2007 before partnering with Sid Rosenberg in 2016, where Bernie And Sid aired in afternoons and middays before taking over as the morning show in 2018.
McGuirk was approaching his 65th birthday at the end of this month.
