As the midterm elections are right around the corner, NBC News and MSNBC National Political Correspondent Steve Kornacki will be at the forefront of the network’s coverage.
Beginning Friday, Oct. 14 at 10 p.m. ET, “The Kornacki Countdown” will focus on the balance of power in Congress and state houses across the country heading into the midterm elections.
“Each Friday, Kornacki will head to the Big Board to dissect the most recent polling in the critical races that will determine control of the Senate and the House,” MSNBC said in a press release on Tuesday.
“He’ll track the latest trendlines, explore the data collected from the early vote and follow the most critical governor races nationwide. Kornacki will be joined by a panel of campaign experts and analysts to examine the various pathways to victory for both parties.”
“The Kornacki Countdown” will contain live on-the-ground reports from NBC News reporters spread out throughout the United States to analyze the pulse of the candidates in the final weeks of their campaigns.
Kornacki’s show isn’t the lone content that MSNBC has to provide coverage of the campaign trail heading into election day as it will continue its “Countdown to Midterms,” a weekly newsletter published on Tuesdays.
