Ex-MSNBC host and podcaster Keith Olbermann has long been a critic of the cable news channel that used to employ him, and on Wednesday, he once again slammed them.
When MSNBC announced that Representative Lauren Boebert would appear on the “11th Hour” with Stephanie Ruhle to discuss the historic battle over Speaker of the House, the January 6th investigation and the state of the Republican party, Olberman went off.
“I’d like to apologize again for what @msnbc has become,” Olbermann said on Twitter Wednesday. “This wasn’t what those of us who put it together had in mind. I’m sorry.”
Olbermann has often gone after MSNBC for their coverage and actions. For example, the podcaster has gone after Joe Scarborough and criticized the network for firing former host Tiffany Cross.
This criticism won’t be the last Olbermann has for MSNBC, as they might also be gearing up toward the center as other cable news channels such as CNN do the same.
