Jamie Rivers Signs New Contract With 101 ESPN

St. Louis isn’t losing Jamie Rivers. The former Blues defenseman has a new contract with Hubbard Broadcasting, which will keep him on 101 ESPN for the next two years.

Rivers announced the news on Monday morning via Facebook. In the post, he thanked market manager John Kijowski as well as his colleagues Anthony Stalter, Brad Thompson, Andrew Marsh, and Mike Rider.

Five of Rivers’s 11 NHL seasons were played in St. Louis.

Since he starting his radio career, he has been moved around the board at 101 ESPN. He started out in middays with Anthony Stalter in 2019. Then he was partnered with Brandon Kiley.

In 2020, he moved to The Fast Lane in afternoon drive, where he rejoined Stalter and former Cardinals pitcher Brad Thompson, who announced earlier this year that he was stepping away from a full-time role on radio.
