The Fox News producer who utilized a graphic calling President Joe Biden a “wannabe dictator” has exited the cable network.

A report from The Daily Beast claims that Alexander McCaskill has departed after a long tenure. He was previously the managing editor of Tucker Carlson Tonight before the host’s high-profile April exit from the network.

Carlson addressed McCaskill’s departure during the latest installment of his Tucker on Twitter series.

“First they scolded the producer who put the banner on the screen,” alleged Carlson. “Less than 24 hours after that, he resigned. He had been at Fox for more than a decade. He was considered one of the most capable people in the building. He offered to stay for the customary two weeks, but Fox told him to clear out his desk and leave immediately.”

Fox News addressed the situation earlier this week, stating “The chyron was taken down immediately and was addressed”.
