Priority Auto Sports Radio 94.1 Adds Scott Jackson for Afternoon Drive

Scott Jackson has a new gig in Virginia Beach. He will take over the afternoon show on Priority Auto Sports Radio 94.1 beginning July 31.

“I am so excited to come back to where it all started,” Jackson said in a press release. “The 757 area has always meant a lot to me. I look forward to the opportunity of informing and entertaining the passionate sports fans in Hampton Roads once again.”

The station has been looking for a new host in afternoons since Tim Donnelly announced his exit last month. Donnelly is now hosting the afternoon drive show on 99.9 The Fan in Raleigh.

Jackson has been a mainstay in the Mid-Atlantic region. He has hosted on both Team 980 and 106.7 The Fan in Washington and been a part of the Wizards’ radio network.

In addition to his new role with Priority Auto Sports Radio 94.1, Jackson will continue to call Old Dominion men’s basketball on ESPN+ and host Washington Commanders Game Day.

“We were fortunate to find Scott! He has major market experience, already has roles with sports franchises we are associated with, works with the NFL team that many of our listeners support, and has local ties within the community. He truly is a perfect fit for us,” said Mike “Moose” Smith Operations Manager for Max Media Hampton Roads.
