NBC News Now Adds Sky News Today with Wilfred Frost to Weekday Lineup

Wilfred Frost will be back on television screens regularly in the United States as the CNBC-turned Sky News anchor brings his daily show to the NBC News Now streaming network.

Sky News Today with Wilfred Frost will premiere on NBC News Now on Monday, November 13 at 5:00 am ET. Furthermore, the international news show will expand the platform’s weekday lineup.

“Amid unrelenting and consequential news events from around the world, we are pleased to partner with our colleagues at Sky News in bringing the most informative premium news from top journalists across the globe to our viewers,” said NBC News EVP and executive of NBC News Now Janelle Rodriguez said.

The program showcases international breaking news, on-the-ground reporting from correspondents, and interviews with key newsmakers. Martin Frost anchors Sky News Today and contributes to NBC News, CNBC, and MSNBC.

“We’re delighted that Sky News Today with Wilfred Frost will be NBC News NOW’s first programme originating from out of the U.S. and that more people around the world will be able to watch our award-winning journalism,” Sky News Group chairman David Rhodes said.

Frost became a part of CNBC in 2014 as a co-anchor for the 5 am. ET program, Worldwide Exchange. Later, in March 2018, he switched to the afternoon program, Closing Bell, where he co-anchored the show until mid-February 2022. 

After relinquishing his full-time duties at CNBC, Frost joined Sky News in London.
