During a recent episode of MediaBuzz, Fox News host Brian Kilmeade defended Donald Trump’s conspiracy theories about Barack Obama. This prompted network contributor Leslie Marshall to mock him on the show.
Kilmeade argued that Joe Biden is too old to be president and suggested he is not making decisions alone. He claimed that people want to know which unelected officials are behind closed doors making the decisions.
“(Trump) is convinced Barack Obama’s running the country,” Kilmeade said. “That’s why he says it. He wants you to think that.”
Marshall was asked to give her counterargument regarding concerns about Biden’s age. She dismissed these concerns and instead brought up Trump’s recent instances of mixing up Obama and Biden.
Brian Kilmeade, however, countered her argument by stating that Trump has not been making gaffes intentionally and that he is identifying Obama as the current president because he is “pulling the strings.”
“Oh Brian, come on!” Marshall scoffed. She was all smiles as she commented, “That’s good. That’s good. You should be his campaign manager. That’s a really good spin on that.”
During a discussion about last week’s off-year election results, Kilmeade refuted the suggestion that Biden’s political situation is really as bad as the polls suggest.
