On Thursday, ABC News revealed that World News Tonight anchor David Muir and ABC News Live Prime anchor Linsey Davis will moderate the upcoming GOP primary debate at Saint Anselm College.
ABC News chief global affairs correspondent and This Week co-anchor Martha Raddatz, ABC News chief Washington correspondent and This Week co-anchor Jonathan Karl, and WMUR-TV political director Adam Sexton will join Muir and Davis on the broadcast.
The New Hampshire Republican State Committee is coordinating a debate on Thursday, Jan. 18, at 9 p.m. ET. This timing positions the event strategically—five days ahead of the New Hampshire Republican presidential primary and three days after the Iowa Caucuses.
Invitations to the ABC Republican presidential primary debate will be extended to candidates who secure a top-three finish in the Iowa caucuses.
