Fox News host Laura Ingraham missed her primetime show Tuesday evening after being subjected to several hours of travel delays in an attempt to host the program.
The Ingraham Angle host joined her own program by phone roughly halfway through the show to detail her situation to guest host Jeanine Pirro.
“Eight hours, friendly skies of United Airlines. It wasn’t so friendly today, but that’s alright. Everybody was nice and patient. I’m so sorry not to be on tonight, it was just literally no way I could get to a studio in time given what happened on the airline with the weather and mechanical problems,” Ingraham said. “But I followed everything that was happening today and continues to happen in Manhattan.”
Earlier in the day, Ingraham took to social media to share that she had been on a United Airlines flight for seven-and-a-half hours trying to get to Houston from Washington D.C.
She lamented that she was “forced to miss the show on this huge news night” after closing arguments were made in the New York trial against former President Donald Trump.
